Please Pray...............

If you are looking for Vintage Thingie Thursday....there will not be a post this week. I have never missed a single week since I started hosting this meme, however, I am just not up to it after such sad news today.

I'd like you to pray for my dear sweet friend Sara - Gitzen Girl. She has been so very ill this summer, and it looks like she is making the trip to go home to her Heavenly Father. Sara has been an inspiration to me and to so many, and I selfishly don't want to let her go. I know she will feel our prayers. Thank you for understanding.....I am just crushed with this news. Vintage Thingie Thursday will be back next week. Please pray for an easy journey for our sweet Sara.

  24. What a sad time. I have followed Sara for some time now. And have always marveled at her amazing love of life and optomism in the face of her illness. I cried for her when her father passed and she had to be there via Skype. Now we know he went first to be there to welcome her home. God's Blessing on all of us during this time but especially Sara and her family. I will miss her.

  25. As soon as I read your post I hopped over to Sara's blog to read her story. My father-in-law's Ankylosing Spondylitis crippled his body, but he had a brilliant mind and wonderful spirit. Although he was in constant pain, he never complained. Sara seems to have the same amazing outlook. I'm sorry to hear things are not going well for her and my thoughts are with her and her family at this time.

Sometimes someone says something really small, and it's like it fits into this empty space in your heart!

Thank you for stopping by and leaving your thoughts here, they really mean a lot to me!
