Put a Little Dachshund in Your Wardrobe

Most of you know at my house, it is all about the dogs! Dachshund dogs. They fill my life with such joy. I have lots of things that represent just how special they are to me. From dust catchers to yard art and t-shirts to sweatshirts...I pretty much have it all.

This Christmas, I received the most adorable pair of pajamas my ole' heart has ever seen from my sweet husband.

My daughter knows what I like and ordered me a precious new t-shirt online with three dachshunds on the front....love!

So what is left to buy if you are a dachshund fanatic like me, who has everything?

Let me tell you, I am running....not walking to the nearest Journey store this week and I will be sporting these brand new beauties!! At my age, I would have never thought I'd own another pair of Converse tennis shoes at this stage in life.....I tell you, someone in their design department is very smart...they found a way to get this ole' woman's money again and made sure she was super excited to spend it!! Oh and by the way...I still think it is important for the shoes to match the outfit! Ha!! I am so there!!

  26. Hello Suzanne, I love your cute Dachshund PJ's and your shirt. BTW, last Thursday I posted a little something just for you. I pre-posted as I was in Atlanta and I didn't link to Mr. Linky because I couldn't get my computer to work. Anyway,I am joining Vintage Thursday again tomorrow.

I LOVE those crazy shoes. I agree, Converse just got smarter.

  28. Ooooooh! I love it all! I have two little Doxie girls of my own, and would love those shoes, but alas, with Christmas just past, the live-in accountant probably wouldn't approve that expenditure! B.

  29. Just popped over from Tx Blogging Gals, and I'm glad I did. The first thing I saw was your darling doxies! The love of my life (other than hubby and 5 cats) is my little Chili dog, doxie deluxe!
Those are the cutest jammies and sneakers I've EVER seen! Do you where the jammies came from? I'm thinkin' I might need a pair!
I'll be back to visit more later!

  30. I have the same obsession that you do..I have 2 long hair doxies and 2 dorkies. My son has a long hair doxie and I work in an office with a total of 6 more doxies(I think that's why they hired me). If you have the patience for this breed you sure have patients for the patients that we care for. ;) Love them!!

Sometimes someone says something really small, and it's like it fits into this empty space in your heart!

Thank you for stopping by and leaving your thoughts here, they really mean a lot to me!
