I'm Pullin' out the Stash.....and getting busy!!

I have decided it is about time for me to make good with my Pay it Forward gifts. So for the next couple of days, I hope to get the first part complete for my blog peeps who will be receiving a package from me very soon.....I promise....soon!

Here is a look at some of the fabrics from my stash, and some of these will be used in the project....I love the bright colors, very happy looking and just plain fun.

Once I have cut, folded and ironed the fabric into the desired shape, I am left with something that looks like this.....Can you see some of the vintage fabrics I used as well? So cute, I really hope someone out there has a fondness for vintage fabrics like myself...anyone???

Are you excited now....are you ready for a glimpse of what my pay it forward gift is???.............well.....sorry.......

You will just have to wait....but I'll leave you with these lovely flowers to enjoy. These pretty flowers that were a mother's day gift from my lovely daughter.....sorta looks like my stash of fabrics....right?

  1. You know how I love vintage fabric, especially Barkcloth. I did a Vintage Thursday post on it. I'm not a quilter and I don't sew much anymore, so I don't know what those pieces of fabric might be. They look like they are folded rounds. I will be curious to see what you do with them.
The flowers your daughter gave you are beautiful. How sweet.

Sometimes someone says something really small, and it's like it fits into this empty space in your heart!

Thank you for stopping by and leaving your thoughts here, they really mean a lot to me!
